I'M NOT THAT FIT, CAN I JOIN IN ON THE BOOT CAMP SESSIONS?
Yes! All of our classes cater for all levels of fitness with regressions and progressions for each exercise. All exercises are demonstrated before and we also ensure that we have a good instructor to client ratio to coach you through the exercises whilst you perform them.
DO YOU DO GYM MEMBERSHIP?
Currently we have a private studio for our 1 to 1 and small group PT sessions but not a large gym that offers membership. That is the dream! We specialise in Personal Training & Boot camps, taking advantage of our private studio and farm setting.
DO YOU HAVE ANY OFFERS ON BLOCK BOOKINGS?
Yes. We offer two discounts on block bookings. If you sign up for 10, one to one PT sessions, the fee will be £250, compared to £300 if you booked them individually. Boot Camps we offer a monthly fee of £48 and you can come as often on a Tuesday and Thursday as you wish for that month (saving between £24 - £40 each month).
BOOT CAMPS - DO YOU OFFER A TRIAL TO CHECK IT IS THE SORT OF EXERCISE CLASS THAT I WANT TO JOIN?
Yes! We believe that exercising with your friends is one of the best feelings around. Therefore, if you bring at least one friend along with you, you can go for free.
(Offer only available if all parties have not attended a Zebra Fitness Boot Camp before).
I HAVEN’T HIT THE GYM IN YEARS. HOW CAN I GET BACK INTO A ROUTINE?
The first step is always the hardest and the fact that you are looking into getting back into physical fitness is awesome! We believe that the most important attribute to having a great relationship with exercise is ensuring that it is sustainable and enjoyable.
